Hello and welcome back to Simple Way to Learn English. Today is Lesson 18, and in this lesson, we are going to learn how to talk about your daily routine in English. This is very useful because many conversations start with simple questions like, “What do you do every day?” or “Tell me about your day.” Let’s start with the morning. When you wake up, you can say: “I wake up at seven o’clock.” Then you can say: “I brush my teeth and wash my face.” After that, you can say: “I have breakfast.” Next is your daytime routine. You can say: “I go to work.” Or “I go to school.” You can also say: “I start work at nine o’clock.” And “I have lunch in the afternoon.” Now let’s talk about the evening. You can say: “I finish work in the evening.” “I go home.” “I have dinner with my family.” These are very common and natural sentences in English. At night, you can say: “I watch TV.” “I read a book.” Or “I use my phone for a while.” And finally, you can say: “I go to bed at ten o’clock.” You can also add how you feel about your day. For example: “I feel tired.” “I feel happy.” “It is a busy day.” Or “It is a good day.” Talking about your daily routine helps you practice many important verbs and makes your English sound natural. Try to talk about your day in English, even if you are alone. The more you speak, the better you become. That’s all for Lesson 18. Keep practicing every day, and I’ll see you in the next lesson. Take care and goodbye!
