Tetramethyldipropylenetriamine(NT CAT PC-15) is a non-emissive balanced amine that has a slight selectivity towards the urea reaction. Due to its reactive hydrogen, it readily reacts to the polymer matrix. It improves the surface cure in flexible molded systems. It can be used in rigid polyurethane systems where a smooth reaction profile is required. Tetramethyldipropylenetriamine is utilized in flexible and semi-flexible molded and rigid foam applications. This balanced catalyst can improve surface cure while not contributing to foam emissions in a wide range of applications.
