NT CAT 1028 catalyst is a delayed action tertiary amine catalyst diluted in butanediol, which is highly reactive and selective towards the urethane (polyol - isocyanate) reaction. It improves cream time and provides improved flowability while maintaining fast demolding. It is a strong urethane catalyst for shoe sole applications. When blended with less reactive catalysts, NT CAT 1028 catalyst offers an extremely wide range of reactivity profiles. NT CAT 1028 improves emulsion time, and fluidity and ensures rapid mold release; NT CAT 1028 is used as an efficient catalyst for urethanes in shoe sole applications.
