NT CAT 1027 is a delayed-action tertiary amine catalyst. NT CAT 1027 is a delayed-action tertiary amine catalyst, which is highly reactive and selective towards the urethane reaction. NT CAT 1027 can be used to extend the cream time and improve flowability while maintaining fast demolding. It can also be used to reduce demold time while having a similar cream time to traditional amine catalysts. When blended with less reactive catalysts, NT CAT 1027 offers an extremely wide range of reactivity profiles.
